Peter WatsonPeter Watson is the Founder and Managing Director of InTalent Group Pty Limited. Peter’s long working life has been almost exclusively in the financial services sector.
Prior to joining AMP, Peter was the State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania for financial planning firm, Godfrey Pembroke Limited. Previous to that he was Finance Director for Control Data Australia; a US based computer hardware and Software company, for a four-year period.
His career includes roles as a Funds Manager, Merchant Banker, Banker and Investment Banker. An accountant by training, Peter is also a qualified Financial Planner and is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a number of Directorships including a Charitable institution.
Cameron is a Co-Founder and Director of InTalent Group Pty Limited. Cameron’s career started in the Banking sector where he worked for several Financial Institutions in London and later back home in Sydney.
More recently, Cameron had an active role in the formation of a National Contract Management business, ICS Australia Pty Limited. As part of his role at ICS, Cameron acted as a third party service provider to both recruitment agencies and candidates for various industry sectors.
Having spent several years working at International level in various industries, Cameron understands first hand the support and services required to successfully relocate and adjust to work in a new country.
Cameron holds the position of Sales and Marketing Director for InTalent.
Graham O’Donnell is a Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of InTalent Group Pty Limited. Graham’s career has covered a broad range of industries including Ports and Marine, Construction, Lifts and Escalators, Payroll and Human Resources, Power Systems Engineering and Transport.
Career highlights include Assistant General Manager (Property) - Port of Melbourne Authority, Regional Manager Kone Elevators and Managing Director Automatic Data Processing - Asia Pacific.
Graham holds a number of Directorships and is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Graham brings to InTalent his practical engineering technical knowledge and outstanding business skills obtained across a diverse range of businesses.
During the past 15 years working in the relocation industry in six cities in India, Ranjini has worked with thousands of clients from over 75 nationalities.
Ranjini's deep knowledge of the Indian ethos, her excellent orientation and communication skills and understanding of western etiquette proved to be the perfect combination to help expatriates understand the nuances of Indian culture for personal as well as business needs.
What began as a two-people workforce has now grown to a 50-strong company, with offices in Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai, and an exhaustive client base that includes companies including Nokia, IBM, Ericsson, Motorola, Saint Gobain, Dow Chemicals, Caterpillar, Daimler, BMW, Fidelity, GE Capital, Goldman Sachs and Cisco to name a few.
Ranjini was mentored for ten years by Robert Kohls, the American cross-cultural pioneer, and is an expert at sharing this knowledge with Indian and Foreign business professionals and coaching a new generation of aspiring ones.
Ranjini brings to InTalent her mentoring, cross-cultural and immersion skills to help create "Global Indians". It is her aspiration for Indians to take their Indian talent to the world and then bring back their world talent to India.
N Ramkumar has over 20 years of experience in the Infrastructure and IT industry in various capacities, including 16 years in managing people practices globally and the balance of his time in software development.
His core competencies include global talent development, competency management, talent acquisition and workforce management. He has experience in acquiring talent in 42 different countries for 26 different global locations across a number of industries.
Ram is passionate about campus and continues to support campus initiatives as a visiting faculty. He ensures that people practices scale up and are ahead of the curve to manage the growth and nuances of the Global IT services industry.
Ram completed his Masters in Computer Applications from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai. His hobbies include cricket, music and farming.
Ram leads the recruitment team based in India for InTalent Pty Limited.
John has spent over 40 years in the Automotive Industry in Africa, Australia, USA and Asia Pacific in Engineering and General Management assignments.
Career highlights include assignments as Executive Vice President - Asia Pacific and Africa with Ford Motor Company, Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Mazda Motor Corporation and Founding President Of Ford Motor Company of India.
John is a non executive Director of AAPICO Thailand and a Chartered Engineer and member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.
John brings significant operating/partnership experiences in the diverse geographic/business and cultural environments of Asia/Africa and Australia to the InTalent team.
