Peter was appointed, on secondment from AMP in Australia, to facilitate the establishment of AMP Sanmar Life Insurance Company In India, based in Chennai. During his time in India he developed great affection for India, particularly its culture and its people. He very much admires their work ethic and thirst for knowledge. For ten years Peter was a senior executive at AMP,   Australia's largest Life Insurer and Fund Manager. He was the State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania during this period.

Prior to joining AMP,   Peter was the State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania for financial planning firm, Godfrey Pembroke Limited. Previous to that he was Finance Director for Control Data Australia; a US based computer hardware and Software company, for a four-year period.

His career includes roles as a Funds Manager, Merchant Banker, Banker and Investment Banker. An accountant by training, Peter is also a qualified Financial Planner and is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a number of Directorships including a Charitable institution.

He then became a shareholder and Co-Founder of a 12 million Dollar bottled water facility in the Pacific Islands, where he assisted in the Project Management phase of Construction right through to co-ordinating the Branding, Sales and Marketing and launch phase of the project.

More recently, Cameron had an active role in the formation of a National Contract Management business, ICS Australia Pty Limited. As part of his role at ICS, Cameron acted as a third party service provider to both recruitment agencies and candidates for various industry sectors.

Having spent several years working at International level in various industries, Cameron understands first hand the support and services required to successfully relocate and adjust to work in a new country.

Cameron holds the position of Sales and Marketing Director for InTalent.

An Electrical Engineer by profession, Graham is also the holder of Master of Engineering (Energy Management) and Master of Business Administration (Technology Management)

Career highlights include Assistant General Manager (Property) - Port of Melbourne Authority, Regional Manager Kone Elevators and Managing Director Automatic Data Processing - Asia Pacific.

Graham holds a number of Directorships and is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Graham brings to InTalent his practical engineering technical knowledge and outstanding business skills obtained across a diverse range of businesses.

Her passion for quality relocation and cross-cultural coaching services began quite by accident when an American friend needed help acclimatising to the challenges of living in India.

Ranjini's deep knowledge of the Indian ethos, her excellent orientation and communication skills and understanding of western etiquette proved to be the perfect combination to help expatriates understand the nuances of Indian culture for personal as well as business needs.

What began as a two-people workforce has now grown to a 50-strong company, with offices in Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai, and an exhaustive client base that includes companies including Nokia, IBM, Ericsson, Motorola, Saint Gobain, Dow Chemicals, Caterpillar, Daimler, BMW, Fidelity, GE Capital, Goldman Sachs and Cisco to name a few.

Ranjini was mentored for ten years by Robert Kohls, the American cross-cultural pioneer, and is an expert at sharing this knowledge with Indian and Foreign business professionals and coaching a new generation of aspiring ones.

Ranjini brings to InTalent her mentoring, cross-cultural and immersion skills to help create "Global Indians". It is her aspiration for Indians to take their Indian talent to the world and then bring back their world talent to India.

His past employers include BBDO Worldwide, Mastech(iGate) and Cognizant Technology Solutions. He founded Meekam Career Consultants and for the last five years has been focusing on the Infrastructure industry.

His core competencies include global talent development, competency management, talent acquisition and workforce management. He has experience in acquiring talent in 42 different countries for 26 different global locations across a number of industries.

Ram is passionate about campus and continues to support campus initiatives as a visiting faculty. He ensures that people practices scale up and are ahead of the curve to manage the growth and nuances of the Global IT services industry.

Ram completed his Masters in Computer Applications from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai. His hobbies include cricket, music and farming.
